Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University, New Delhi has Published the exam dates for Distance Diploma in Engineering 2014, which will be held on August 31, 2014.
About The Exam:
JMI Diploma in Engineering Exam 2014 is conducted by JMI for taking admission to 3 year distance Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Power Generation Engineering offered at the Centre for Distance and Open Learning, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi programs for the academic session 2014.
Eligibility Criteria:
A- For Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)
1-Candidates should have at least 45% marks in Secondary School Certificate Class (10th) from a recognized board.
OR
2- Candidates should have completed secondary school certificate (Class 10th) with Science and Maths. with 2 years certificate program of Electrical Technician from a recognized Board.
B- Diploma in Power Generation Engineering (DPGE):
1- Candidates should have completed secondary school certificate Class (X) and I.T.I. or equivalent certificate course from an institute recognized by state / central government and
2- Candidates should have minimum 2 years working experience in the relevant field.
1- Candidates may obtain the prescribed application form along with the prospectus from the study/program centre or from the Maktaba Jamia Ltd., Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi on cash payment (Inclusive of Entrance Test fee).
2-Candidates can also download the application forms from the website http://jmi.ac.in.
3- Only original downloaded forms should be submitted along with the prescribed fee in the form of demand draft/pay order in favour of ‘Jamia Millia Islamia’, payable at ‘New Delhi’.
Important Dates:
1- Last date for submission of application form: Monday, August 19, 2014.
2-Date of entrance test: Saturday, August 31, 2014
