APTDC Recruitment 2014 Chef Vacancies www.aptdc.gov.in : Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited has issued a recruitment notification and invites prescribed application form from eligible candidates on contract basis for the post of Chef in APTDC Ltd initially for a period of 2 years .

1 Chef De partie– 9 posts

2 Demi Chef De partie– 9 posts.

Educational Qualification :The candidates should possess the qualification of 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management or One year diploma in Cookery from recognized Hotel Management institute .

Experience :

5 years experience in five star Hotel or 3 star Hotel for the post of Chef De Partie .

3 Years experience in Five star Hotel or Three star Hotel for the post of Demi Chef De Partie .

Age Limit : The candidates age should not exceed 45 years . (Age Relaxation will be applicable as per rules)

Consolidate Remuneration :

R.34,560/- per month for post 1 and Rs.29,455/- per month for Post 2

Selection Procedure : The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the performance in Trade Test and Interview .
