Educational Qualification:
Job code 1 - Manager MMGS Scale II (General)
Candidate must have Graduation/ post graduation in any discipline from recognized University or equivalent certification from any other recognized University/ Institute. The candidates with CAIIB/CA/MBA/PGDBM/PGDBA will be get upper hand in employment. Computer knowledge is must for every candidate.
Experience required: Three years current experience required with date determined as on 01.07.2014 as an Officer in Scheduled Bank. Candidate should been enrolled at institution in Branch Operation / Treasury / Credit/ Forex / Accounts / Retail and Insurance Products.
In addition to this, candidate should willing to work in General Banking, Credit, Forex, Treasury, Insurance and Retail product as per assigned by authority.
Job code 2- Senior Manager MMGS Scale III – Candidate must possess Post graduate / graduate degree in any stream or equally accepted certification from certified institute with outstanding computer skills. Additionally, candidates with MBA, CA, PGDBA, CAIIB, or PGDBM will get preference in the selection process for the post.
Experience required: Candidate should possess five year experience of project Appraisal, Credit department or Syndication in any Scheduled Bank with effective date 1/7/2014 and should currently possess MMGS Scale II post.
Age Restriction:
Manager MMGS II (General) – Maximum age 35 and minimum 25 years
For Senior Manager MMGS III – Minimum age is 27 and maximum age 40 years
All above age criteria should be considered as on date 1 July 2014
