www.bsf.nic.in BSF ASI(RM) , HC(RO) ,HC(Fitter) Jobs 2014 : Border Security Force (BSF) has issued a recruitment notification 2014 and invites application form 2014 for the posts of ASI(RM) , HC(RO) and HC (Fitter) to fill up 811 vacancies . Educational Qualification :
Post 1 : Matric with 3 year Diploma in Radio and TV Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances from any institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government.
(Or)
10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of Fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or University or Institution.
Post 2 : Matriculation or equivalent and two year Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Radio and TV or Electronics or Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.
Post 3 : Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution and Two years Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Engine Fitter or Diesel Mechanic or Automobile or Motor Mechanic from an institution recognized by State or Central Government or Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.
Age Limit : (As on 30-09-2014)
The age of candidates should be between 18 to 25 years for General candidates .
For OBC : 18 to 28 years
For SC / ST : 18 to 30 years .
Age relaxation will be applicable to the candidates as per rules given in the official advertisement .

Medical Standards:
(i) Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of the both eyes without correction i.e. without wearing glasses.
(ii) Must pass high-grade colour vision test.
(iii) Must not have knock-knees, flat feet or squint in eyes.
(iv) Must not be having any defect/deformity likely to interfere with the efficient Performance of the duties.
Pay Scale :
ASI(RM) : PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs.2800/-
HC(RO) and HC(Fitter) : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-
Selection Procedure : The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Written test and followed by PST, PET Documentation, Dictation test, interview and Final Medical.
Application Fee : Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) for General and OBC Candidates . No fee for SC/ST & BSF Serving Personnel and female candidates of all categories .
The examination fee is to be paid in the form of Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order(IPO) drawn in favour of the Inspector General/DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/Post Office .
